What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading the day‐to‐day operations of a fast‐paced, premium bridal boutique
* Coaching and developing a high‐performing team to deliver exceptional, consultative service
* Driving sales performance through strong leadership, KPI ownership, and closing capability
* Overseeing the full customer journey, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience
* Managing roster, productivity, and team performance to maximize results
* Owning store financials including expenses, stock flow, and operational efficiency
* Leading recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
* Executing in‐store events, activations, and community engagement opportunities
* Maintaining high standards across stock management, inventory, and order fulfilment
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years senior retail leadership experience (apparel or premium retail highly regarded)
* A proven track record of delivering on sales targets and driving team performance
* Strong people leadership, with strong ability to coach, influence and bring a team with you on the journey
* Confidence in a high‐touch, appointment‐based selling environment
* Commercial acumen with the ability to manage both people and performance
* High attention to detail and a natural ability to create exceptional customer experiences
* Flexibility to work weekends and late trade as required
