As a key leader in our banking services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for managing daily transaction processing and reconciliations, building and maintaining effective banking relationships, and supervising teller services and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Transaction Processing: Manage daily transaction processing and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain operational banking relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Teller Services: Supervise teller services and oversee invoicing processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with branch workflows and procedures to maintain regulatory standards.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* Practical Experience: Practical experience in banking operations and customer service is essential for this role.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to succeed in this position.
* Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead and develop staff is critical for team success.

Additional Requirements:

* Training and Certification: Mandatory AML/CTF training and periodic police checks are required for this role.
* Flexibility: Flexibility to work additional hours and participate in contingency testing is necessary to meet business demands.
