Role Overview
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior government officials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders and manage confidential matters.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with senior government officials, statutory office holders, Ministerial Offices, external organizations, and the general public.
* Support the Director and Deputy Director with document production, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and telephone screening.
* Undertake high-level administrative tasks, including maintaining physical and electronic files, and provide services to other officers as directed.
