Key responsibilities
This role supports the Manager, People and Culture with all aspects of recruitment and selection, training, workplace health and safety, workers compensation, employee relations and staff development for a rapidly growing workforce (CHSS currently employ 160 staff).
The People and Culture Coordinator utilises technology and systems to develop and improve all aspects of the People and Culture function and ensures the effective collection, collation, management and accurate reporting of Human Resource (HR) information.
The position
The position is part-time 20 hours per week which can be negotiable for the right applicant.
This position is paid in accordance with Level 4 of the SCHADS Award.
