* Salary - pro rata, plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits:
* $91,785 - $106,330 per annum - AHP2
* $87,416 - $110,497 per annum - RN2C
* Ongoing Part-Time – 18.75 hours per week

Join our dedicated team at Forensic Mental Health Services, where you'll work in a dynamic forensic mental health environment, providing specialist care and support to patients with co-occurring mental health and alcohol or other drug challenges. This ongoing part-time position will be appointed as either an Allied Health clinician, or a Clinical Nurse - please refer to the relevant Role Description and role detail below.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based person-centred care with mental health and substance abuse disorders.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

* Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and interventions for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
* Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
* Contribute to policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects.
* Offer education, mentoring, and support to colleagues to enhance skills in managing co-morbidity.
* Participate in discharge planning and liaise with community services to support continuity of care.

About You:

You are a compassionate and skilled professional with:

* Relevant qualifications and registration:
* Clinical Nurse: Registered Nurse with mental health qualification.
* Occupational Therapist: Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
* Social Worker: Eligibility for full membership with AASW.
* Psychologist: General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
* Experience working with clients with serious mental illness and substance use issues.
* Ability to manage complex cases and adapt to changing priorities.
* Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships
* An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment

About Us:

The Forensic Mental Health Service is a statewide service that operates as part of the Forensic Mental Health Division of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. NALHN is commissioned by the Department for Health and Wellbeing to provide general health and mental health services for the north and north east of metropolitan Adelaide and statewide mental health services for forensic patients and prisoners.

The Forensic Mental Health Service is comprised of a multitude of services, all of which have specialised sub-services; such as, Forensic Inpatient Service, Forensic Community Health, Ashton House, and Forensic Court Services.

James Nash House is part of the Forensic Inpatient Services, which provide custody and care to forensic patients committed to detention, forensic patients released on licence who become acutely unwell and to prisoners requiring inpatient care.
