We're looking for a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to support our workshop and customers by ensuring the right parts are supplied, on time and accurately every time.
Success Profile:
Previous experience in parts interpreting beneficial
Strong mechanical or technical understanding of vehicles, machinery, or equipment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Responsibilities:
Interpret and identify spare parts requirements
Liaise with suppliers, mechanics, and service teams to source and order parts
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory is well organised
Process parts orders, quotes, and invoices
Provide exceptional customer service and technical supportWork closely with the Service and Workshop Managers to meet deadlines and deliver great results
