Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop high-performing teams in complex operational environments
* Drive performance, manage risk, and deliver results aligned with strategic goals
* Champion a safety-focused culture and ensure regulatory compliance
* Oversee the delivery of the district work program and ensure service reliability
* Shape and implement forward-thinking strategies, policies, and processes that enhance operational effectiveness and long-term sustainability
