The opportunity: Reporting to the Large Enterprise Account Executive Lead, you will be responsible in account managing Large Enterprise customers with a focus to build strong relationships while identify new opportunities to grow the portfolio. You will have a deep interest in the evolution of digital payments and gateways, merchant acquiring hardware and merchant software applications. You will provide an exceptional client experience at all times and ensure that customer view ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions at the forefront of innovation in the acquiring space. Frequently working with product, legal, operations, and the ANZ team; you will be capable of digesting and concisely conveying card scheme rules as well as pricing, negotiating and closing merchant acquiring deals. Your responsibilities include: Generating quality new revenue across the large enterprise space (turnover $50m+) Apply a solution-based sales approach to achieve outcomes Develop & maintain your expertise & awareness of key economic trends impacting the industry and share insight across the portfolio Develop & manage strong internal relationships with ANZ and become a highly valued and trusted product specialist for these teams You will be measured on, amongst other things, sustainable revenue and customer satisfaction Skills we'd like: Our ideal candidate will have experience in the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a self-starter with strong negotiating skills and someone with a track record of success: A tertiary qualification in a business or related discipline or analogous work experience. Expert in merchant industry and digital payments landscape Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and client focus Ability to work autonomously, work with a team and solve problems quickly Solid negotiating and influencing skills, strong presentation skills A genuine desire to contribute to the team whilst developing Transaction Banking experience.
