What You’d Be Doing In This Role
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our B2B Marketing team on a 6-month contract. You will lead the end-to-end process of marketing initiatives, serve as the connector across marketing teams, proactively manage stakeholder alignment, resolve challenges, and ensure projects achieve strategic objectives efficiently. You will deliver strategic communications to leadership, ensuring transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making. The role will evolve as Canva scales and change remains part of the work.
What You’ll Do
* Lead campaign execution across Public Sector verticals (Higher Ed, Government, Real Estate)
* Drive cross-functional alignment across Growth Strategy, Content, and Product Marketing teams
* Manage end-to-end planning, reporting, and delivery for B2B marketing programs
* Build repeatable systems and playbooks to improve campaign scalability and velocity
* Create dashboards and updates to showcase impact, learnings, and insights to leadership
* Champion operational excellence through streamlined workflows and communication

* You have experience in program or project management, managing complex, strategic projects in a high-growth, dynamic environment

* You’re self-driven, solutions-focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
