We are seeking a skilled Client Services Associate to support our local team based in Bairnsdale. This is a part-time (30 hours), onsite, permanent opportunity.
Your typical week will include:
* Providing courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and staff.
* Communicating effectively with your local team and providing support to Advisers, Partners, and Corporate staff.
* Providing general administration support to team members, including data entry, billing, WIP management assistance, reporting, and client correspondence.
* Liaising with internal and external parties on behalf of clients and stakeholder leads.
