This is a dynamic, varied position that sits at the heart of the Perth office. As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. You will also be part of a supportive national reception team, working closely with colleagues across the country.
What you will be doing:
* Answering and directing calls across the Perth office and nationally
* Welcoming and hosting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for internal and client meetings
* Assisting with events and meeting set-ups
* Ordering and managing catering and office supplies
* Preparing and serving refreshments
* Handling deliveries and internal mail
* Supporting with general administration including photocopying, scanning, binding, and collating documents
What we are looking for:
* Someone warm, professional, and enthusiastic – a natural relationship builder
* Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* A positive 'can-do' attitude and proactive approach
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable with basic office technology and systems
* Previous reception or admin experience in a professional services environment is ideal, but not essential
