Job Description
Join Our Team at Tou's Garden Fruit Farm Worker (Full-Time) Location: Acacia Gap Rd, Manton, Northern Territory. Are you hardworking, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors? Tou's Garden, one of Australia's leading mango producers, is looking for experienced Mango Farm Workers to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional, Fair Work–compliant farm and be part of a friendly, multicultural team producing high-quality mangoes for Australian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Pruning, thinning, weeding, and mulching to maintain healthy mango trees
* Supporting irrigation, fertilisation, and pest control programs
* Carefully hand-picking mangoes to avoid fruit damage
* Grading and packing fruit according to quality standards
* Cleaning and maintaining tools and work areas
* Conducting daily safety checks and reporting hazards
* Following food safety and export protocols (HACCP, Freshcare, Fair Farms and HARPS)
* Working closely with Team Leaders to ensure smooth orchard operations
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years full-time or 6 years part-time experience in a mango orchard
* Age between 25-39 years
* Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual work
* Ability to understand instructions (basic English understanding preferred)
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in various weather conditions
* Previous agricultural or orchard experience is highly regarded
Working Hours
* Full-time – 38 hours per week
* Breaks provided in accordance with Fair

* Daily schedules coordinated with your Team Leader for efficient workflow
Pay & Conditions
* Pay in line with Fair
* Work Horticulture Award $65,037 pa
* Plus Superannuation and entitlements
* Fortnightly payslips provided (transparent and detailed)
