About the role
The Account/Sales Manager is a permanent position working alongside a tight knit team in External Cladding and Plasterboard. Reporting to your manager you will be responsible for developing & growing relationships with our local customers in a structured and professional manner.
You will analyse and use sales data to drive growth and account management decisions aligned to the company expectations.
As a high-performing and driven personality, you'll bring dedication to offering excellent service & support to our customers.
In this role you will:
* Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous growth
* Provide regular feedback and share intel across the business on competitor activity, products, and pricing strategies to sustain/ position our competitive advantage.
* Ensure customer account plans are implemented & actioned
* Manage relationships and expectations with all clients
* Resolve issues & complaints with clients
What you bring to the role
* Previous Sales and Account management experience
* Experience in the building industry or construction materials is desirable
* Strong ability to influence at various levels & negotiate outcomes contributing to growth
* High energy
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* An ability to analyze and structure data to present to clients
* An ability to create and deliver professional presentations to clients
