We're seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to lead our inventory and demand planning function.

* Work cross-functionally across supply, logistics, finance, and warehouse functions
* Improve inventory processes and reduce waste by monitoring and managing inventory levels

Your Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability
* Analyse trends and supplier data to develop smart replenishment and forecasting strategies
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock issues quickly
* Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and implement strategies to reduce waste
* Partner with the Warehouse Manager to optimise physical inventory processes
* Collaborate with buying, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply operations
* Prepare reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
