To build on our current marketing initiatives, we are searching for an appropriately qualified and experienced marketing and media all‑rounder to work with our team. This individual will manage and contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with evolving company and client needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of marketing functions including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media; and must be an organized multitasker with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Role Objectives
* Develop and implement the company's brand strategy/marketing plan.
* Ensure all marketing efforts support short‑ and long‑term business goals, identifying improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
* Keep up to date with market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends/insights.
* Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
* Develop knowledge through workshops and seminars, and share best practices, marketing ideas, and strategies with the team.
Skills & Qualifications
* Appropriate qualifications and experience in marketing, advertising, media, or communications.
* Good working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms.
* Experience producing and editing creative content.
* Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of design/marketing programs such as InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
* Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry would be desirable.
