Job Title
A professional with advanced experience in server operating systems and virtualization technologies is required to lead the service desk team.
Key Responsibilities
* Advanced experience in Server operating systems; Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Server.
* Leading Virtualisation technologies (VMware, HyperV) for enterprise designs.
* Supporting server patching products and technologies, such as Ivanti Lumension, Satellite 6 and Commvault.
* Demonstrated understanding of services, such as Active Directory, DNS and NTP.
* Understanding of infrastructure technologies (eg, networking, storage).
* Understanding of infrastructure software technologies (such as backup, antivirus, patching, and application agents).
* BEST PRACTICE SECURITY PROCESS UNDERSTANDING
* Designing complex infrastructure, writing standards and procedures, architectural and detailed design documentation and other support documentation.
* Experienced in performing on IT projects and service delivery with minimal supervision.
