Industrial Fabrication Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our operations, you will be responsible for assembling and installing new supports/structural members to existing infrastructure.
You will inspect and identify areas in need of repair, or any malfunctions/damage, and read and interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures, and project schedules to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard.
In this role, you will also carry out fabrication, maintenance, and upgrades as required, complete sign-off documentation, and prepare/complete fabrications that comply with client specifications and drawings.
You will participate in toolbox and safety meetings, contribute to activities of continuous improvement, and adhere to safe work practices at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in the mining industry
* Australian trade certificate
* Ability to complete various weld procedures and positions, including MMAW and FCAW.
* Current MSIC or Job-ready MSIC preferred
* Police Check (or ability to obtain one)
