About the Opportunity
We're seeking talented Interior Designers to join our Melbourne studio. This role will be working for our workplace team, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, design-led environment.
About You
* 1–3 years of relevant Interior Design or Interior Architecture experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture (or equivalent).
* Keen eye for design and willingness to learn.
* Residential experience required (apartment, build to rent, single residential, multi residential).
* Experience in broader typologies (workplace, mixed use, hospitality, education, etc.) is highly valued.
* Demonstrated documentation experience in various design and construction phases.
* Ability to produce coordinated schedules.
* Ability and confidence in dealing with suppliers and consultants.
* Able to communicate a clear design narrative, both verbally and visually with a collaborative mindset and initiative in a multidisciplinary team environment.

* Spatial planning, test fit layouts, and concept interior schemes
* Ability to create presentations from templates in InDesign, including diagrams.
* Able to independently document interiors in Revit. (drawings, schedules, specifications)
* 3D modelling + visualisation, image editing and visual enhancements, Incl. AI. (Enscape preferred, V‐Ray, Adobe Suite / Photoshop).
