Administration Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and contributing to the success of our organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, managing resources, equipment, and facilities to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.

* Maintaining and enforcing up-to-date office policies, procedures, and systems to support compliance and operational excellence.
* Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless support.
* Leading and coordinating the administration team to ensure cohesive workflows, effective task delegation, and high-performance standards.

You will also be responsible for coordinating appointment scheduling for legal professionals, supporting staff leave coordination, and assisting with HR and recruitment processes.
