About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse and PCW, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this medium-sized care service 30 minutes from Albury.
Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.
Main Duties:
* Provide high quality clinical care to residents
* Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
* Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
* Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation
* Mentor, training & leadership of care team members

Skills & Requirements:
* AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience
* Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
* Up to date Flu & Covid vaccinations
