Join us as a Retirement Living Sales Lead, and help our teams deliver even greater outcomes.
About the opportunity: At Mercy Health, you will be part of a proud organisation with more than a century of experience delivering compassionate care and high-quality community living. In the role of Retirement Living Sales Lead, you will take ownership of unit sales across our retirement villages, leading the end-to-end sales process for incoming residents. You will guide prospective residents and their families through a thoughtful, transparent and supportive sales journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the Mercy Health retirement living community.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery and ongoing refinement of the Mercy Health Seniors Living value proposition across the portfolio
Build, maintain and strategically grow high-value relationships with Seniors Living residents, prospective customers, families and key representatives
Own and drive unit sales performance and marketing outcomes, ensuring delivery against agreed commercial targets and KPIs
Oversee unit refurbishments, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery aligned to settlement and sales timeframes
Prepare Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents and Fact Sheets, ensuring accuracy, compliance and customer clarity
Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, proactively supporting the achievement and maintenance of accreditation across the portfolio
Contribute to Seniors Living development projects, providing sales, market insight and customer-centric perspectives
Partner with Village Managers and Service Managers to foster high-performing villages built on transparent communication, strong relationships and operational excellence
Champion an end-to-end, premium customer experience, ensuring residents and clients experience a seamless, positive journey throughout their engagement with the broader Mercy Health community
Qualifications / What you'll bring
Strive to deliver exceptional resident-centred care with resilience and compassion
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Management, Sales or Property (desirable)
Demonstrated experience within the Retirement Living, Seniors Living and/or Property Sales sectors
A strong working knowledge of retirement village operations, including statutory and regulatory requirements, resident agreements and disclosure obligations, asset management, sales and marketing, and best-practice relationship and service management
Well-developed commercial acumen, including the ability to understand, manage and interpret budgets and financial performance
A proven track record of delivering strong sales outcomes within retirement village environments and the broader community
Proven sales experience, including successful delivery of off-the-plan sales
Exceptional time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt, problem-solve and manage competing priorities
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach, with a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing and service excellence
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build respectful, trusting relationships and contribute effectively within a collaborative, team-based environment
