The Position, but not limited to:
* Managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use complexes
* Liaising with owners/tenants
* Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
* Running AGM's
* Periodic inspections
* Support from an Assistant + Admin support
The Criteria:
* Experience managing your own portfolio in strata
* Current property manager reg/Strata qualification and valid driver's license
* Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
* Have excellent time management skills
