Ventura Brewing Pty Ltd is an independent Australian brewery and beverage producer based in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. The Role
We are seeking an Organisation Analyst (Business Systems) to support the ongoing review and improvement of Ventura Brewing's business processes, organisational methods and commercial systems.
The role is responsible for analysing how work is planned, coordinated and reviewed across the business, and for providing practical recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency and effectiveness. The position works closely with management and key stakeholders to support continuous improvement as the business evolves.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing existing organisational and business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps or areas for improvement.
* Reviewing methods used for planning, coordination, reporting and decision-making across the business.
* Assessing the effectiveness of current commercial and operational practices and recommending improvements.
* Assisting in the development and documentation of improved procedures, frameworks and systems.
* Reviewing how product, sales and business information is collected, analysed and used to support management decisions.
* Preparing findings and recommendations for management, supported by structured analysis.
* Working with staff across different functions to ensure recommended improvements are practical and aligned with business needs.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Experience in organisational analysis, business analysis, process improvement or a related role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business systems and recommend practical improvements.
* Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses or growing organisations.
* Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present findings in written and verbal form.
* Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
Desirable:
* Experience in brewing, manufacturing, or food and beverage environments.
* Familiarity with process documentation, reporting systems or performance metrics
* Tertiary qualifications in business, management, commerce, analytics or a related discipline.
