As a Learning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational capability development across various areas. This encompasses providing end-to-end solutions for employees to acquire essential skills, knowledge, experience, and tools required to achieve their business objectives.

This position involves collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Capability Design & Delivery Manager, Capability Business Partners, specialists within the broader Capability Team, and wider Customer & People Experience Team. You will engage in consultative activities, consulting with identified stakeholders to analyse, develop, and deliver all skills development requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

* Consulting – Training Needs Analysis
* Collaborating with the Capability Team to design and develop learning solutions that meet agreed learning and business outcomes.
* Consulting with stakeholders to identify Product, Process, System, Compliance skills/knowledge gaps.
* Evaluating deployment outcomes and coordinating any additional support requirements.
* Negotiating delivery dates, costs, or dependencies.
* Project Management – Developing roadmaps and milestones to ensure capability and learning initiatives are deployed on time and within budget.
* Maintaining and enhancing all learning solutions and strategies.
* Ensuring all capability and learning material is designed in line with Capability Team standards and company brand voice guidelines.
* Designing and Delivering Learning Solutions: Digital + Facilitated.
* Utilising adult learning and instructional design principles to develop both digital and facilitated learning solutions.
* Managing risk through stakeholder and legal sign-off processes.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

* Experience in online design and/or facilitation.
* TAE 40110 / TAA 40104 (Cert 4 in Training).
* Sound knowledge of Instructional Design and adult learning principles.
* Strong facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.
* Working knowledge of e-learning authoring software (Articulate preferred).
* Ability to build solid working relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
