Job Title: System Support Specialist
This is a critical opportunity to join our team in Canberra and contribute to the smooth operation of Defence Formal Messaging System products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient deployment and testing of software versions, managing support documentation, proactively monitoring networks, and analysing issues to suggest improvements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Monitor and troubleshoot DFMS product performance.
* Manage urgent issues outside regular working hours.
* Deploy and test software versions while monitoring networks for issue detection and resolution.
* Develop and maintain support documentation.
* Analyse issues, provide solutions, and suggest improvements.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with broad technical ICT experience, including networking and systems administration. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Defence communications network infrastructure and hold a current Negative Vetting 2 Defence Security Clearance.
