Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.
This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage experiences to guests, supporting the bar operations, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in line with Minor Hotels' high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
* Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
* Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
* Maintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar area.
* Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
* Comply with all health, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
Shift Details (subject to change):
* Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday.
* Flexible start and finish times.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required.
* Additional shifts may be available as a Food & Beverage attendant on some occasions.
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hourSaturday: $38.78 per hourSunday: $45.24 per hour
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
* Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
* Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
