Sous Chef - Byford Tavern Byford Tavern is looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a team of passionate people! The Role: This is an exceptional role for an experienced Sous Chef with managerial experience who has worked in a busy kitchen and wants to take the next step in their career! You will be tasked with assisting the Head Chef in leading & managing the kitchen team, as well as managing all aspects of the kitchen, including cost analysis, staff training & development, and menu creation.
