Associate Unit Manager - Day Procedure
Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Assistant Unit Manager to join our Day Procedure Unit on a part time, ongoing basis.
Our Day Procedure Unit operates 7 days a week between the hours of 6:30 am - 8:30 pm. We provide surgical care for most specialties including Orthopaedic, General, Gynae, Paediatrics, ENT, Urology, Vascular and Cardiac procedures.
The Associate Unit Manageris responsible for the safe delivery of perioperative care of all patients attending the Operating Suite.

We are looking for candidates with:
6. Recent Leadership experience
7. Experience in the acute post operative phase of a patients recovery from their surgical procedure
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
