Key Responsibilities
* Lead documentation packages for new build and fit-out health clinics
* Put together Enscape concept presentations
* Produce detailed Revit models and coordinate drawing packages from planning through to construction
* Collaborate closely with project leads, internal teams, and site personnel
* Maintain consistent, accurate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
* Uphold high technical standards and contribute positively to team culture
Skills & Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications of Architectural industry experience
* Proven experience within the health or small-scale commercial sector
* Advanced Revit & Enscape proficiency with a strong technical folio
* Solid understanding of design development, construction documentation, and coordination processes
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative studio environment
* Comfortable working in a hands‐on, fast paced environment
