About The Project

This project aims to create a state-of-the-art logistics hub to improve freight movement efficiency across the nation, leveraging the latest logistics technology and innovative construction methods.
About The Role
We seek a Civil Project Engineer with expertise in civil engineering, pipejacking, and inground rock removal techniques to support Stage 1A of the BIFT project.
You will work under a Senior Project Engineer to manage civil works, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
* Coordinate trenchless construction methods, focusing on efficiency and environmental impact.
* Manage civil works including earthworks, substructures, and utility diversions.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
* Coordinate subcontractors and specialists.
* Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures.
* Maintain records of civil works and techniques used.
* Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field with relevant experience.
* Expertise in trenchless construction, pipejacking, and inground rock removal.
* Ability to support complex civil projects and work collaboratively.
* Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with construction management software and new technologies.
