We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service operations and ensure consistently high service standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, manage, and oversee daily customer service operations to ensure efficient service delivery.


• Lead, train, roster, and supervise customer service staff, monitoring performance and productivity.


• Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and service standards.


• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and service recovery.


• Monitor service KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement strategies.


• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service outcomes.


• Manage staffing levels, workflows, and resource allocation to meet service demands.


• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, company policies, and service quality standards.

Skills and Experience


• At least 1 year relevant experience in a customer service management or supervisory role.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience managing teams, KPIs, and customer service processes.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


• Relevant qualification in business, management, or customer service (preferred).
