Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Lead Prototyping Designer to join our Innovation Studio Team. Reporting to the Chief Designer, you will lead efforts to envision platform unification, innovative workflows, and AI capabilities, collaborating closely with user researchers, people scientists, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build prototypes to envision the future platform experience.
2. Collaborate with engineers to innovate front-end UI.
3. Use mapping and storytelling methods to design holistic solutions.
4. Leverage human insights and people science for innovation.
5. Identify and plan roadmappable projects aligned with our vision.
6. Evolve the visual style of the UI.
7. Mentor designers and contribute to design communities.
8. Advance design processes through technology and knowledge.
9. Coordinate with the design systems team on implementation.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years in a design-related field.
2. Portfolio of high-quality interactive prototypes.
3. Proficiency in frontend web technologies and design software.
4. Experience in innovation or transformation projects.
5. Understanding of complex, large-scale software systems.
