What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll move between acute and subacute settings, applying advanced clinical reasoning to assess and treat clients with complex presentations. Your day will involve offering guidance to colleagues, contributing to multidisciplinary decision‑making, and providing specialist advice that supports safe, evidence‑based care. You'll take part in service improvement activities, share your knowledge through supervision and education, and collaborate closely with teams who value respectful communication, curiosity, and a commitment to better outcomes for clients and the service.
