An exciting opportunity to work within a large, telecommunications/consulting organisation.
Your Role:
As a Senior SFCC Technical Consultant, you will partner with clients to architect and deliver complex retail solutions. Operating in a mature DevOps environment, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution while mentoring a team of developers.
Your Duties and Background:
* You will partner with clients to design end-to-end user journeys that redefine brand interaction.
* You will formulate technical designs and proof of concepts for emerging technologies to solve complex digital puzzles.
* You will lead the integration of third-party systems and optimise platforms for global scalability.
* You will deliver high-quality, tested code within a mature DevOps culture and Agile environment.
* You will lead developer squads through sprints and mentor others.
* You will participate in tool selection and process refinement to keep the team at the forefront of the retail landscape.
Your Desirable Criteria:
Ideal experience and qualities within-
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud development, configurations, and SFRA
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, jQuery, and AJAX
* Experienced in Responsive Web Design, CSS Pre-processors (SASS/LESS), and page optimisation, with a commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
* Ability to design and implement unit, integration, and performance tests for both APIs and UI components
* Expertise in Git, CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins), and managing work via JIRA within Agile environments
* SFCC Developer certification, or experience with Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud, AWS/GCP, or MuleSoft
