Job Overview
As a Sales and Training Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and product adoption within the Queensland region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with resellers, government institutions, and educational facilities to promote EMS's product range.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth and expand EMS's brand presence in dental prevention solutions.
* Actively engage with existing clients and prospect new customers to sell and promote EMS's product offerings.
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing product training and demonstrations to resellers, government, and educational facilities to ensure correct techniques and product functionality.
* Educating and motivating reseller sales teams and customer service staff on EMS products to enhance their selling capabilities.
* Conducting clinical training sessions and workshops for clinicians on the use and benefits of EMS solutions.
* Distributing product support documents and ensuring clients are well-informed on applications and techniques.
* Preparing monthly reports on sales performance, marketing events, orders/tenders, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
* Identifying market trends and business opportunities, sharing insights with the EMS team.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A bachelor's degree in business, sales, healthcare, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare industries.
* Experience managing B2B and B2C sales with resellers, distributors, and direct customers.
* Proven ability to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.
* Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
