Rentokil Initial offers a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Data Entry Administrator to join our team based in Geelong on a Permanent full-time basis.
We require the successful candidate to be based in the surrounding areas of Geelong, Victoria, as this role will be based out of our office in Breakwater. You will be required to come into the office Monday to Friday.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves utilising your administrative experience to work with technicians on scheduling and maintaining data for business and legislative compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
* Data analysis and entry
* Occasional planning and scheduling
* Working cross-functionally with the internal service delivery team
* A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
* Maintaining our databases by ensuring records and details are up-to-date while ensuring compliance
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in working in Business Support/Administration (essential)
* Intermediate computer skills
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
* High attention to detail
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Love working in a team environment
