The Role
As the Boutique Manager you will empower, enchant, and tell stories that lead your team of honeys to achieve high commercial outcomes, provide best‑practice customer service, and encourage each honey’s individual characteristics.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and achieve sales and KPI targets across the boutique.
* Raise customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Empower honeys’ needs and guide their exploration positively.
* Lead, coach, and provide feedback to the honey team.
About You
* At least 2 years’ experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering an electrifying customer experience.
* Self‑motivated and driven to develop your team and set them up for success.
* Lead with empathy, compassion, and an open mind.
* Highly driven about store success and passionate about the Honey B brand.
* Doesn’t shy away from conflict, is resilient, and can manage expectations.
* Able to advise and communicate confidently.
