Your role
We are currently seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Lower Southwest team on a permanent, part-time basis, ideally 3 or 4 days per week.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Manage a varied caseload, supporting a range of different people of all ages, living with disability.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing a range of Dietetic services as part of your customers overall mealtime management plan.
* Support your customers to set and achieve their goals, helping them to improve their health and well-being.
* Apply collaborative, family centered practice principles in service delivery.
* Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM.
What makes you the right candidate?
* Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, or equivalent.
* Previous experience as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.
* Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector.
* Previous experience with mealtime management.
* Ideally have previous experience supporting people living with a disability, paediatrics and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder support
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously.
* Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance.
* Hold a valid HLTAID011 First Aid Certificate with at least 6 months validity
* All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain the following before commencement: Drivers License, Working with Children Check, Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module.
