We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to deliver exceptional support services to clients in their own homes.
This role offers flexibility with part-time work arrangements and casual opportunities available. Shifts will be scheduled across all seven days of the week, primarily in the afternoon and night shifts, with occasional morning shifts as required.
 * Providing personal care and daily living support
 * Collaborating with our Home Care team to achieve optimal outcomes for individuals
 * Offering social outings and transport services
 * Delivering in-home respite care guided by client care plans
 * Monitoring and reporting on changes to client health through established protocols
 * Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
Key Qualifications:
 * Current driver's license, vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
 * Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
 * Prior experience in Aged Care/Disability support
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Compassionate and empathetic approach
