An opportunity is available to join the Investor Relations team, providing support in the development of published materials and assisting with graphic design, communications, marketing and related administrative activities. This role is based at our Head Office in Deakin, ACT, and reports to the Investor Services and Communications Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* assisting with the production of presentations, key corporate documents, e-newsletters (EDM’s), videos, documents and other publications released on the ASX
* maintain website and key relationship holder for external web developers, assist with the intranet and RFM’s LinkedIn and Facebook account
* laying out documents (newsletters, Annual Reports etc) for printing
* designing and producing marketing materials (brochures, banners etc)
* designing and producing creative artwork for publications
* promoting and maintaining the consistent use of RFM’s style and brand guide
* administrative tasks such as coordinating printing of corporate material, business cards and other ad-hoc content projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be a creative and motivated individual with a strong flair for developing fresh, engaging and innovative content. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with well-developed organisational, planning and time-management abilities. You will be proficient, in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite tools. You will have strong attention to detail, show initiative and have sound interpersonal skills. You will also be a reliable, honest and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
To support your success, you will have:
* experience with Adobe Creative Suite necessary – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop
* experience with Webflow CMS desirable, website maintenance, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
* experience designing and developing corporate publications and materials
* commenced tertiary studies in graphic design, communications, marketing or business, with expected completion within the next 12 months.
