We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Geological Exploration Leader. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, executing, and interpreting RC drilling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive drilling strategies to optimize exploration outcomes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine drillhole positions using advanced mapping, geophysics, historical datasets, and structural interpretation techniques
* Contribute to the identification of shallow extensions and down-dip targets through meticulous data analysis and geological modeling
* Oversee quality assurance and sampling processes to ensure high-confidence assay returns
* Support the development of detailed geological models and prepare accurate drill sections and long sections for stakeholders
* Produce clear and concise internal reports and contribute to technical updates to inform business decisions
* Foster a safety-first culture on site by promoting awareness and adherence to best practices
