About the Role

As CALHN’s Workforce Strategist, you’ll take the lead in creating bold, forward-thinking workforce strategies that tackle some of the most important challenges in health today. Working side-by-side with People & Culture and senior clinical leaders, you’ll influence decisions that directly improve patient care while helping us attract, develop and keep world-class talent.

- Skilled Communicator – Confidently present complex ideas and negotiate outcomes with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
