The OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Care Workers to join the team at Bethanie Illawong, located in Hamilton Hill, on a casual basis.
Bethanie Illawong is a small and homely 39-bed aged-care facility offering features such as a hairdressing salon and wellness centre.

This role is currently being offered on a casual basis with a range of morning, afternoon, and night shifts available.
Role ResponsibilitiesAssess care plans and ensure residents' needs are metEnsure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic, and interest activities) are delivered in a timely and safe mannerDeliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respectMaintain residents' rooms and the facility environment to an appropriate standardAbout YouPrevious experience working in aged care or hospital environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well as part of a team and independentlyWillingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie GroupWillingness to obtain relevant vaccinations (COVID-19 and annual flu)Current National Police Clearance or willingness to apply for oneBenefits of Working with BethanieMany of us work because we want to make a difference.
