Design & Build is working with an established developer builder who is in a very strong financial position. Design & Build have worked with this client for 2 years now, placing most of their delivery team. All candidates are still employed and loving their role.
The successful applicant will work on a luxury high-rise apartment build project on the Gold Coast.

Position
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Structures Foreman on high rise projects $80M+. It is an absolute MUST, that you have "top down" structures experience.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co‑ordination of the trades people and sub‑contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression as the company have a strong pipeline of projects at DA.
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Must have recent experience as a structural foreman
* Delivered projects 15+ storeys
* Top‑down structures experience
* Ability to work Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks.
