Role Description
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist for a full‑time, on‑site position in Griffith, NSW. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance for desktop computers, software, and system‑related issues. Day‑to‑day tasks include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, managing help desk support requests, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The role also involves ensuring smooth operations of IT systems and improving user experience through effective problem solving.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT‑related issues
* Experience with Desktop Computers, including hardware and software maintenance
* Strong background in Information Technology and Help Desk Support operations
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud‑based solutions is a plus
* A relevant certification or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Familiarity with Kyocera products and solutions is beneficial but not mandatory
