You will onboard dealership, fleet and lender customers, drive adoption, lift performance metrics, and keep relationships constructive even when the room is spicy.
What You Will Be Doing
Onboard And Train
- Run structured onboarding for dealerships, fleets and lenders, both onsite and at times remote from office
- Present confidently to large groups during onboarding and training sessions, keeping attention and driving action across varied personality types
- Train teams on valuation, listings, acquisition and best practice workflows
- Build confidence fast so customers transact correctly and consistentlyDrive Activation And Performance
- Monitor usage and engagement across valuations, listings, offers, conversions and time in stock
- Re engage under utilised accounts with clear coaching and actions
- Help customers lift conversion, reduce days in stock, and improve trade in outcomes
- Share playbooks, patterns, and quick wins that show resultsSupport And Retain
- Be a primary contact for questions and issues across phone, email, and screen share
- Troubleshoot, gather context, and escalate to Product, Ops or Tech when required
- Maintain strong relationships with key users and managers at high value sites
- Spot early churn signals and address them before they grow legsChampion The Customer Internally
- Feed insights back to Product, Ops and Development
- Highlight friction points, missing tools, and training gaps
- Contribute to FAQs, guides, scripts, and training assetsAbout You
- 2 plus years in customer success, onboarding, training, support, or B2B SaaS operations
- You enjoy educating people, simplifying workflows, and getting users confident fast
- You are operationally minded, you spot bottlenecks and behaviour gaps and suggest practical fixes
- You build trust with dealership teams, managers, buyers and fleet staff
- You are comfortable using simple dashboards to coach outcomes
- You stay calm under pressure, handle pushback well, and hold the line on process
- Strong communicator across email, phone, and screen share
- Willing to travel interstate occasionallyNice To Have
- Experience in automotive, auto tech, dealerships, fleet or remarketing
