All-Round Admin & Customer Support – Solar
Location: Perth, WA
Part-time | Monday to Friday, approx. 3–4 hours per day

About Us
We're a small but growing solar company that's big on quality work, honest service, and looking after our customers. We don't run like a big call centre — every job gets proper attention and care, and we want someone who values that same approach.
The Role
We're looking for an all-rounder to support the day-to-day running of the business. You'll play a key role in making sure our customers get the right info, our jobs stay organised, and our back end runs smoothly. You'll be working closely with the director and our small team.
This is a part-time role with consistent hours Monday to Friday, ideally around 3–4 hours a day. We can be flexible with timing for the right person (e.g. school hours, mornings, or early afternoons). Work-from-home arrangements are available once training is complete.
Your day-to-day will include:
Taking and logging customer enquiries (phone/email)
Recording customer details and requirements into our system
Booking phone calls and site visits for the director
Scheduling installation and service jobs
Assisting with simple quotes and following up on paperwork
Data entry and maintaining customer records
General admin and support tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
Strong admin and communication skills
Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with customers
Organised, reliable, and good at juggling tasks
Previous experience in admin, customer service or scheduling
Solar industry experience a bonus, but not essential
Self-motivated and able to work independently if working from home
