The Role
This is a part-time role and we are happy to negotiate the hours to suit an outstanding candidate.
Key Responsibilities Of This Position Include
* Accounts payable and receivable
* BAS preparation
* Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
* Reconciliation of creditor and debtor ledgers
* Processing journal entries
* Bank and balance sheet reconciliation
* Monthly reporting on Cashflow.
Essential Requirements
Can you hit the ground running? To be successful for this position, you will ideally have:
* A certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or similar
* Knowledge of MYOB and Xero (preferred)
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel (further training offered)
* Outstanding client service ethic
* Ability to multitask work on multiple clients across multiple industries
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* A mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as an integral member of a growing team
