We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Ballarat Sales Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
About the Role:
You will contribute to ensuring the continued profitability and growth of our branches, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers. This role is full-time and permanent, requiring regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
* Lead a well-established team to develop sales processes, marketing initiatives, and drive market share and profitability
* Contribute to ensuring the continued profitability and growth of our branches
* Foster strong relationships with customers and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements:
* Well-versed in negotiation and relationship management
* Proven success in creating and maintaining customer relationships
* Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve success
* Strong knowledge of the industry and wider agricultural sector
* Solid understanding of financial realities, including asset and inventory management, budget management, and pricing strategy
