Project Supervisor, Upstream Gas Infrastructure Progression to Project Manager $150k–$160k Super | Brisbane-Based Site Travel Ready to step into Project Management within the upstream gas sector? We’re partnering with a growing, specialist contractor delivering upstream oil & gas field infrastructure projects across Queensland. They’re seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with direct field exposure who wants a genuine pathway into a Project Manager role within 12 months. This is a hands-on site leadership role focused on upstream gas construction and brownfield upgrades, not commercial building or mining infrastructure. The Role You’ll lead site delivery across upstream gas projects including: Nodal construction works Wellhead installations and flowline tie-ins Compressor station installations and upgrades Pipeline Asset Management (PAMS) works ILI (In-Line Inspection) programs Pig launcher/receiver installations and pigging operations Brownfield pipeline and gas field upgrades You’ll be responsible for: Leading daily site operations in live gas environments Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers Managing safety, compliance and permit-to-work systems Supporting scheduling, cost tracking and progress reporting Assisting with tender submissions (with a dedicated internal tender team) Managing change, risk and stakeholder communication You’ll be backed by an experienced and supportive leadership team committed to your progression into Project Management.
